The manual is at home, but going off memory I believe it is 1-2mm below the bowl/carb. mating surface. The easiest thing to do is to take clear tubing and put on the float drain. Bend the tube up and over the carb. Make a "U" if you will. Open the float drain and see where the gas into the tube. Should just be below the mating surfaces.

That is a wonderful idea Stebob!
I pulled the carb off about 7 times yesterday till I finally got them adjusted right!!
A lot of trial and error, but finally got it! Thanks for the tip tho, I will definitely remember that one!

Thx again!!

Anytime, dude!!! Btw, we need to ride together sometime. I got my wife an '04 Polaris TrailBlazer. It's about 3 weeks old now and has 2 Attica trips on it. She loves it!

Me and my wife rode at the badlands last weekend!!
She has a new bike now too, a limited edition Z-400!

The Lakota is now FOR SALE!! Check out the classifieds for the pic! And let me know what you think about the price too, no one should know better than you!!

Yes we should get together for a B-lands ride, I've been wanting to meet you for a long time!
We are going to Silver Lake sand dunes in May, me and the wife the 14th, and me and the boyz the 25th and 26th!

Awww...man, we were out there last weekend, too!!! Too bad we weren't able to meet up. BUT, we WILL have to plan a ride there soon! Yeah, we've been wanting to meet forever now.

LE Z400, huh??! Awesome! I really like the Z, but haven't got a chance to ride one yet. I bet she really likes it. I can imagine it's a nice step up from the 'ol Lakota!

I tried to check out your Lakota, but I guess I haven't signed up as a supporting member so it won't let me in.

I bet Silver Lake is awesome! However, I doubt it's much fun on a Lakota. Have fun and be safe!! We'll meet up soon!

I had to register just like on the forum. I just used the same screen name and password!
If I knew your email, I would send you a pic with the description..... I really would like to have your opinion!
