VERY good decision Mike, I made that mistake of trying to put the red spring on with just a pvc cap, big mistake, damn thing exploded & spring almost whent flying.. Red spring is much to strong for pvc, I used some sort of heavy duty metal cap (buddy made it for me) I like the red secondary in the winter for the extra low & mid end grunt, but like the black in the summer for the better top speed.
Oleman, I think you have the wrong jet, I have 5 different main jets for mine & they all have the coresponding #'s on them, should be #155 marked on top of the jet or on the side. As far as the best primary spring for the 360, well I have tried EPI Red & Kawi pink & didn't like either. No to many experimenting with the 360, I think I might try the EPI pink & see how it works

I love my 360, but it is on the slow side compared to most i ride with.. However i have earned all there respects on the trail. I got 26 inch mudlites and a black spring. All my buddies call it the Kawatank. They describe it as a little slow but the thing just goes anywhere i take it. It rips in the mud and i tore them up rock climbin up the side of a mountain...

Hey Uinthas--Dam Boy!!! nobody ever told me that the main jet was the one under the needle!! I pulled the REAL main last night and it is indeed a 155 and it is indeed marked---but my ever so brilliant dealer gave me a 152.5 that is threaded right but is to big to fit through the plate in the bottom of my float bowl (silver plate looks like it is riveted in) So once again I can neither prove nor disprove that my dial a jet works.---Real try to get a replacement Jet on Saturday and may even try for a 150--right now with dial a jet disconnected my plug is burning tan to white or just about perfect. I still think regular gas has helped my performance since I am now on my second tank of reg. and stil running excellent.
Stay tuned
