Default sults. project finally done, take a look

My long project is finally finished. Take a look in the last album at the link below. I worked so hard on it that I want everyone to see the results. I built the a arms , swing arm, stem, myself and modded the frame drastically. Just got it running and am breaking it in and jetting it now.

Hey I am doing mine like that. I am in the process of putting it back together. Here is what I have put into it so far.

Fullyrebuilt, White brothers e series, Kn air fliter, Dyno Jet Kit, Maier Race cut fenders (Black), Imp parking brake block off, Pep ez pull clutch perch, Dg bumper, Dg gab bar, Dg nerfbars, Sidewinder chains and sprockets,Mud sharks, Motion Pro Throttle Cable, Motion Pro Clutch Cable, Motion Pro Brake Lever, GTS racing axle bearings, Pivot works swingarm bearings, Factory 909 Bars and crossbar pad, Tag Custom Grips, E-line fuel cap breather, All ***** tie rod ends. Ngk Non resistor spark plug, Twin Air Oil Filter, All ***** Tierod ends, Motion Pro Brake Lever, New Shifting Shaft (snapped the first two), Gaskets Replaced,

I have two questions for you, Did you put risers on your bars? and what kind of suspension are you running? I was going to get progressive, are those shocks good?

Thanks everyone.

MoMoron250, The bars are renthal fat 1 1/8 inch bars on a antivibe chromoly steering stem that I made myself. suspension is Elka 19 inch quad rates on frt and 17 inch triple rates on rear. all have comp and rebound adjustment with zps. I know nothing about progressive. sound like you have a nice mo started. post some pics when you can, I want to see what that black plastic looks like.

for those asking about power and handling. I am just now getting it broke in but it has good power. with a 14/38 (which is kinda high and should kill the take off) gearing setup it will pull the wheels easily in the first three gears as you run through them. still working on getting the FCR jetted just right. have not had it to the track yet but running it around on my property it is handlig great in the curves and absorbs everything. I will see how it does on the jumps when I get it to the track.

Metal, thanks for posting that pic. that shot from up above is one of my favorites.

Right now it looks like just a frame no a-arms or swing arm. I will post some pics probably wednesday that is when the frame should be all done. The black plastic wont be in until probably between july 4th - 8th (hopefully I am wrong and its sooner). I will definatly post some before and after pics when it is complete. I will try to get some while I am putting it together. You can see what it used to look like on my page on here. You can see some pics if you click Here those are all kinda old though. Check back for an update soon.

Nice mojave you have going there it is real nice! Keep it Kawi!
