Default p700 has good results at ATV pull

Bombmans p700 won 7 FIRST PLACE TROPHIES and a SECOND at a pull in northern Maine on Sunday. Their was some good competition/ 2 Big Bore Grizzs, and a p650 with a CDI.

It took the 3 stock classes(1000,1100,1200)
It took 3 of the 4 improved classes(1000,1100,1300)
It got the second in the 1200 improved by inches to the p650 with the CDI.
And it took the powder puff class also.(with Beth driving)

Just to mention the p650 with the CDI I think took second in all the classes behind the p700

I went to a pull in central Maine on Saturday, there was a super strong p700(cams,piped,module) that just maybe the strongest bike in the whole state now. NOT TO MENTION IS DRIVEN BY A GIRL. It just might meet up with Bombman and the boys at Van Buren in 2 weeks.
3 PRAIRIES ON THE TOP.

I am working the bugs out of a buddys p830, got over 90 hp- when I can find it.

If Shotgun gets his p850 together we will have a shotout.
Bombmans p700
Bobs p650
Shotguns p850
Mooseheads p700
Mooseheads p830

Lets just say the Kawis got the state of Maine covered.

yep, Bombman had them covered this weekend, you guys did a great job with that bike.

Congrads.

I got a vid, but no place to post it.

I'm in on the shoot out, but for me it might not be until Westfield. We'll see.

Kawituner - what has been done to Bombman's quad, and how was he able to run in both the stock and improved classes?

Scott; I can't answer what been done to the bike but I can about the two classes.

Our rules are based on the honor system, any bike that says they are still stock can pull in the stock classes. We have no way of checking bikes internally, so that system is our only means.

Our rules also say that you can enter any class that is higher, in other words a 650 couldn't pull in a 500cc class but the 500cc could pull in a 650 class, therefore a stock bike could pull in the improved class.

In our rules, clutching, timing are not considered things that will put you out of stock, just motor modds such as cam change and head porting.

Glad to hear that the Prairie does well at the pulls. I am entering my first ever pull tomorrow night at the county fair. Any advice would be appreciated. I tightened my belt last night, cleaned and regapped the plugs, and cleaned and reoiled my airfilter. I am running 26" Mudlites and will drop psi to 1-2 psi. I am planning on pulling in 4wd high. I will be pulling in the 601 - 700 cc class. My P650 is jetted, EPI black spring, NYROC muffler mod, DYNA CDI, and works struts. Suspensions are not allowed to be tied down. Any tips on good pulling technique would be appreciated . I am also going to pull w/ my wife's Vinson. It is an automatic and has 27" mudlites. I figure high range 4wd and 1-2 psi for that as well. It will pull in the 301cc - 500cc class. Finally, I am entering my daughter's Suzuki LT-160. 2wd is the only option for that. I figure it can't hurt to try and I am interested to see how strong it really is... I am planning to start the pull in 2nd gear w/ the LT-160. Advice for any, or all, of the quads is appreciated.

Thanks!
