John -- I actually just ordered some the blue spring and weights from Dale at Dalton as well as the clutch cover . . . a bit more work than just a spring change now.

Thanks for the compliments, Jimmy. I guess you are not the kind of guy that tells stories about me so I will go ahead and confess that I ripped your grab bar and tail light off in my parking lot before I gave it back to you. I figured I would go ahead and tell just in case everyone already knew about it. I was testing the big carberators on Jimmy's bike on Saturday before I brought it back to him. When I hit the throttle coming back into the parking lot the front end came up as usual but it came up a little harder than I thought and I ended up flipping over backwards until it hit the grab bar and tail light. It stayed that way for about 150' across the parking lot at probably 40 mph before I got the front end back down. This is the first time I have ever crashed a customer's machine in over 15 years of testing. It also scared the heck out of me!

Hey same thing happened to me after i put on my exhaust.
i didn't expect it to come up like it did.
mine ALMOST made it out on to the 4 lane highway in front of my business.
luckily my brother grabbed it or I am sure it would have been A Road Pancake!!!
I only bent my grab bar .
I learned DON'T do wheelies on the parking lot near cars or highways.

good job Mickey, It takes alot of honesty & integrity to admit that!!!

especially in writing!?!?!?!?!?
just kidding

John

Mickey,

I had been telling people that you you damaged the grab bar and tail light attempting the first backflip on a VForce, but that you over-rotated. Just kidding of course. Thanks again.
