Default kfx full of mud

well i drowned my kfx 2 days go, it will crank and i replaced the spark plugs and let the engein run with it out to blow the crap out. i have changed my oil atleast 8 times its all clear now, but it will not start what should i do next.

The bike compleatly died in the water, cause i had no lid on my air box. and it had like 3 in of water in it when it died.

Im thinking carb? but what should i do to it, tear it appart like i did when i jetted and take air compressior and blow it all out?
