Default Web cam gave me Mike Penlands number

I called the and asked questions about power gain and she gave me to thier tec., When I asked her, she wouldn't quote any thing or give advise she just gave me mikes number and said he has probably got the cams on hand. I called him and asked about a higher timing key, He said he has them for 10, I asked how many degree it was, He said he didn't know. Really selling them without knowing, what is the secret? Maybe a performance shop does that so they don't have to give up their secret, I asked about the dyna and he said it would be too much. That tells me his key must be alot. He said I should get the highlifter module, I said I have the dg3, He said he doesn't know how it works. He has all the team green plastic for 500 without decals. Good to deal with but will wait for web to make some more cams.

Webcam also gave me his number. I talked with Mike P for a bit about it. He couldnt tell me anything about his own cam. Tried to sell me on a pipe. Told me that a cam wouldnt help a totally stock P650 and I pretty much lost interest in the conversation.

This came from kawie rider forum

call blairmotorsports. there in the back of your dirtwheels mag. they are the cheapest ive found. i got all 7 pieces of brand new lime green plastic to my house for less than 350.00. you will be hard pressed to find it any cheaper. they have any of the colors you want for the bike. that they make that is.

He is talking about the lime green. He may be Mr. Kawasaki to some but he is just Mr. Penland to me.

Hey Travelor, the web cams and 5 deg's of ignition timing will take you from 40-42 hp to 46-47hp. We usually port the heads (about 7hp with the small cams and stk bore) bring the compression up to 11:1 (2-3hp), then open the airbox with a couple of TPI valves or round vents (another 3-4hp) and you have 60hp with the stk exhaust (drilled baffles) these numbers are all with perfect jetting.
Here is a link to some video clips of some of our prairies.

That was great info dynoray, Thanks. Where does a guy get the porting done? Is more timing better yet with the web cam?
Thanks to everyone else too for the info. That is a good deal for the plastic.

Hey Travelor, The V's like about 33 deg's of ignition timing for trail driving with all cams.
I don't know if anyone in the US is making good gains with porting (we are doing alot of heads from the US)

Thanks Travelor, we got back at 3:00 A.M. this morning. We had a good weekend, won all the Mod classes and second in some (we had two bikes in a couple of classes. One of our 472cc EX's finished 2nd to me in the 500+cc mod class (the Banshee, YFZ and Raptor racers didn't like getting beat by a 400ex, LOL. They went over the bike pretty hard, thought we had an NOS cheater setup, LOL.
