Default Water in the front diff

I am getting water in the front diff., more than usual. When I had the front drive axle out the water and oil ran out, it did'nt do that on the other side when I replaced a torn boot. I noticed the outer seal was torn, is that my problem, or is there another seal on the inside that I need to replace?

If one of the seals is torn you shoul replace it, if the tear starts to get bigger it will allow more than water to get in, the last thing you want is mud inside you differetial grinding away on your gears
