Has anyone tried one yet?? I read one previous post that they had lost 5mph but that the deflection wasn't measured..

 

I have one as a spare but last I heard they were recalled as they were too long or too short and I have been waiting for a new one. Being the wrong length is probally why someone lost top end... I know HL says they are stronger than the stock ones and recommends them for thier big tire kits...

 

I remember seeing your post relating to the recall, I called my local part store to order one & they are available now.. I have not ordered yet waiting to see if anyone has tried them out, but your refernce to HL recomending them is interesting, do you have a link to there recomendations or did you just talk to them? I also sent an e-mail to Dayco to check on the recall, I'll post there response if & when I get it..

 

I read it somewhere on the HL forums and if I remember right something the the effect that is is part of thier clutch Kits for bigger tires...

Our 360 sounds like it may need a belt but i'm not sure if i'll use the dayco or a stock one yet either. I bough the dayco as a spare.

I emailed back to see what was up with the recall as well.
