I believe he is refereing to a post on the 18th re: belt light flashing.
According to Kawasaki Service Manual:

Actuator Failed
Speed Sensor Short or open
Fwd/Rev sensor short or open
Actuator controller failed
Controller 10a fuse blown

According to electrical system indication, 7 flashe .5 second interval follwed by 5 flashes .2 second interval.
Drive belt failure memory reset.

Ignition off.
Disconnect 2 pin above converter.
Disconnect gray conn and black conn.
Connect black to gray , gray to black.
Ignition on.
Let LED flash at .4 interval for 7 seconds
4WD will flash also.
Plug all connectors to original and go ride.

Sorry for taking so long to get back but I have this work thing that keeps getting in the way. Will a drive belt problem keep the machine from starting. The actuator on the drive belt looks as it is working properly, moves in and out. I took the switch for the belt and moved it from the on to off position with no change. I have checked all the fuses but correct me if I am wrong. I found 4 fuses. 2 5amp, 1 20 amp, 1 30 amp. 20 and a 5 up front. 5 and 30 in the battery compartment. any more.
