Check tire inflation pressures and balancing, tire belt damage, rim dents, toe-in, and steering parts.

Default front end vibration

Jack up the front end till the front wheels are off the ground and check the front end for slack. I have had that same problem befor and found loose tierods both times. If I remember right there are safty keys in them so they can't back all the way off but its alot nicer not have to worry about it, all you have to do is tighten them up, it takes just a couple seconds and you should see a major difference at higher speeds. If they are not loose then I would say you have a tire out of ballance a bent rim or even slime can through the balance off enough to cause some vibration at higher speeds.

Hope that helps

I'd just give up on the Kawi's, they are secretly and slowly trying to kill you.

Lets see, give up the fastest best handeling, award winning , king of the utes from 2002 - 2004, and replace it with something slow and booooooooring, or tighten a loose nut. hummmmmmmmmm what to do??????????
