For sure everybody is down on polaris all though i owned a 2003 600twin and had no problems what so ever and the predator is a great machine with a great powertrain the new polaris outlaw is quite nice too

 

I'm 6'3" 230 like a linebacker. I tried all and bought the Polaris Predator 500. I race harescrambles and GNCC and have had 100% reliability so far. The ergos on the Pred were best for me. I do like the feel of the VForce 700 and the DS650 as well but the Pred was the right quad for me.

 

I've ridden the Suzuki Z400 and Kawie KFX 400 and they feel like a kids bike in stock form compared to the bigger one's mentioned above.

The Z400 is proven reliable. The VForce and DS are both proven to be reliable.
