Default jet size on 03 prairie 650?

Thanks to all who gave me advice on the stuck floats on my kaw, but after doing the muffler gut out and rewelding the can back on the carbs pop and exhaust does also. I'm guessing its too lean now? What jet size do you recommend to help? or is there another adjustment I can make? Thanks guys!!!!!!!!!!

A quick way to check and see if it is lean is to try running half to full choke while you ride it around the yard. If this helps smooth it out then you are too lean. If it makes it worse then it is too rich. This is assuming you have no other carborator trouble. Try one or two sizes up from stock on both carbs. If you are just lean and there is no other problems that should put you right in the ball park.
