P.S, So, is it possible to dissconect the eb. I already have a peice of electric tape over the 4X4 light because of the flashing. All i care about is that my 4X4 works. If i disconect, will my check belt light come on also?

If you disconect the actuator from the wiring harness connector you should just get a flashing 4wd light.. More then likely then sensor(potentiometer) inside the actuator has gone bad, this is generally the reason the actuators dont work right, you will either need to replace the actuator or get a new sensor..
Also yes you can remove the fork from the belt cover, I had to replace a part on mine, it was real easy to remove, I belive there was just a circlip on the bottom of the fork that had to be removed & it all came out, shouldn't be hard though...

Ok, i unplugged my actuator. It stays in gear all the time. How do i unplug the fork. Explain so when i get into my cvt cover i know what to do. Thanks a million by the way, you have been a great help. Once this atv isnt staying in gear it will be perfect again.

Go to nyrocs site(http://atv.dnsalias.com/)and do a search for "kebc fork mod" in the prairie section it will show you how to remove the fork.

It's not hard, you just need a circlip tool to remove the cirlip & screwdrivers... I just read that post your refered to al1.. I really like the engine braking, but I will probably remove my fork just to try this mod out, sounds like we could gain a little extra power out of thes 360's this way. It makes sense becuase you can deffinetly feal that fork up against the bearing on the clutch when you let off the gas, it's like having a stuck caliper on your brakes. Even if your heading for a trail that the KEBC would come in real handy, the fork is so easy to remove & put back on it wouldn't be a problem. glad I read that post, never really tought about doing this
