Default kx125 clutch prob.

i know this is a atv fourm but someone out there has got to be able to help me out with this.....i was changing the clutch plates, springs and inner and outer baskets and presure hub on my 1996 kx today and i got it all back together and my clutch cable has no tension on it at all and the clutch wont disinguage...does anyone know if there is a ajustment or anything that you need to reset/reajust when changing the plates....i really need to get the bike running before sunday because i have a big race that i need to get to........

sounds like to me you have your plates out of order ?

nope the plates are all good and all the notches on the baskets are aligned

is the actuator arm doing it's job?
