I have easily smoked a Polaris 800 with my BF650i, so I am sure the Prairie would likewise eat it for breakfast.

 

The Kawi V-twins flat out fly! You would have to shed about 150 lbs off the dry weight off the 800 for it to pull away from the P700.

I think it is funny how on the Polaris website they have the 800 beating the BF750 in a drag race, and then you go on the BRP site where they do the comparisons between the BF750, Outy 800, and the Pol 800. The BF750 took the Polaris 800 by a few quad lengths every time.

 

My P700 with a couple mods will beat my friends 800 at about half throttle. We have raced 12-15 times and it is almost sad. He was so pissed because he bought the 800 just to have a bigger quad. (he has a small... never mind that ) He also spent almost $3,000 more for alot less. LOL[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

 

Thanx a bunch. I got a bunch of guys I work with that keep bragging on a polaris800! Kind of like they are trying to tell me that it is faster! Is'nt that big of deal but, now I know!!! I appreciate it! Guess I can go burn him a new one now!!!
