the speed is about right without a clutch kit. the VDI will give you a 4mph gain with the factory maps, you can fine tune from there to get better. the biggest gain with the vdi will be more power throughout the powerband. with 29.5 outlaws you need clutching more than the VDI right now, you could run 2 56gram weights and 2 stock weights with a pink primary and almond secondary which seems to be about the best setup for those tires right now.
