i love my 07 prairie its awsome so far does about 45 miles an hour max i have 200 miles on it and it seams ok so far but besides its lost some power is it okay to hold it open for a while while ridding or is it a bad thing i got mine for 5400 out the door included a set of ramps a warn 2500 pound winch a helmet and 4 year waranty

I was very close to buying a P360 before I bought my BF650. The P360 is the little brother to the BF650 (previously the P650). It has all the same technology, just less engine. I bought the 650 because I had heard about the low top end and thought I'd want more. With that said, IN MOST CASES, the 40 mph or so top end should be fine for you.
My quad will top out over 60, but to be honest, in the dirt, over 45mph or so can be a little scary anyway.
I think you'll be very happy on the 360. You should be able to get one much less than $5199 now, since the '07s are out. Look for a leftover '06. Look for AT LEAST $500 less than list - likely even more than that.

He didn't have insurance on it. The dealer told him if he had insurance, they would have totaled it. So, he spent almost $6k on repairs. It was $4800+, and when he picked it up, he noticed one of the front wheels was not straight, so that was another $1k+ for frame repair.
The to make matters worse - it was his first time riding it, except for around the house. He hadn't even made a payment on it.

Chris wasn't hurt. He was actually off the machine before it started tumbling. It stood up on him, and he managed to get off it then without injury. Then, it rolled backwards on its wheels before hitting the off-camber part of the hill, and then down it came.
Myself and a buddy were at the bottom when it came tumbling down. Talk about a panic start when a 600lb machine is tumbling towards you!!
Without exaggeration - it probably tumbled about a hundred yards before coming to rest.
