Default Lakota topend rebuild

I thought i would be able to buy them from him, have him ship everything to me, and I do it my self. I mean, it does come with a new piston, sleeve, and all gaskets. or does he resleeve it himself? cuz rebuilding a stock bore kx80 is super easy. isn't this the same, but with just getting a bigger sleeve, piston, ect.??

i dont want to sound like a a$$ or anything but unless you are a expericnced mechanic with alot of knloadge in that area there is no way you will be able to regrind your cam your self. The cwr cams are not like hotcams, you send greg your cam and he grinds down and rewelds the lobes to the desired lift that you would like......his turnaround time is pritty quick, send the cam to him and you should have it back in a week or two. you also should send him the cylinder so he could bore and re sleeve it, that is also somthing you will not be able to do your self.

yeah, that was what i was planning on doing... is just sending him the cam... i dunno now. i went to the kawasaki dealer today to tlk to them, and they have a brand new (left over) kfx400 for 3999... orange too. so i might just get like, a trade in value (which will be like, 500 bucks) from them... or just sell mine. im thinking now. i'll tell you what i decide in a few days. Thanks for you advice, btw.
