#1
Im looking to buy a 2003 KFX 400. It has less then 18 hours and has never been in mud. Only a few mods: Twist Throttle, Nerf Bars, aftermarket front bumper, air filter. He is asking 4300, is this a good deal or would i be getting screwed? I have some pictures if your interested in seeing them please tell me.

It's a nice bike and I'd just try to get him to come down a little. Either way with only 18 hours it's just like new. If you have to pay that for it do it and dont look back if thats what you want. These 400 are the best all around sport bike there is. You have a blast, just be carefull and wear a helment.

If ride's and handle's and run's as good as it look's in the photo's and with the mods and extra's it would be well worth the asking price , but it doesn't hurt to try getting it for less ; the seller's job is to list it high enough to give the buyer a little leeway ; so he can come down on the asking price so he can come out with the most he can get ! Or at least break even , and not loose a lot ; and this is the prefect time of the year to sell ! Right now it's a seller's market , if it were winter you would have a buyer's market ; so offer less and you may be able to get him to come down some on the price ! williebee
