What does the sound like and when or in what condition does it occurr?
It might be the belt deflection that is too high. It's like drive chain slack adjustment on a bike in concept - but little more involved. If this is the case for you, you would need to remove a shim (like a washer) or two between the sheaves in the driven converter in order to increase its effective diameter where it comes in contact with the belt. When the diameter increases, the belt tension becomes tighter. This process gets little technical and getting the service manual would be the best bet if you want to do it right.
