could someone tell me where to find the timing marks on an 89 kawasaki bayou 300 there is a mark on the top sprocket but i dont know what to line it up with thanks for any help and have a happy new year everyone

 

should be a plug that unscrews on left side(if your setting on bike)of motor.this plug is on top of side engine cover for the flywheel.take plug out and there should be an "F" mark on flywheel.This F mark should align with notch on flywheel cover.
