I'm from Wisconsin and I pay 190.00 for a 2008 BF750 EFI
I also have a 2004 Honda Rubicon 500 and pay 160 for it.
This is with State Farm.

Most of it is how much you want to insure it. My BF750 was for $7500 and My Honda was for $6000. So that sounds about right with the other replys.

91.00 for the year with Geico, on an 08 P360. Full coverage with 500.00 deductible.
Wyoming-Colorado. Progressive was 140.00 for the same coverage. My car insurance
co. (Amica) doesn't do ATVs. Geico does ask if it's garaged, modified, and I noticed
they might give an additional discount if you don't ride much between Nov 1 and Mar 1.

$525cdn for year. Full coverage. Fire, theft, collision and personal injury. This is through Aviva Assurance. My ATV insurance is high but my two vehicles and house are cheaper. Overall, my payment is cheaper, go figure?

Geico charges me $260 a year for two 2008 500 EFI Touring, $500 deductable the rest is according to Cali requirments which are pretty strict. The only questions asked were, about how many miles would I put on a year, and where is the quad stored. Having it in my toy hauler on my property was not a problem, they were looking more at the zip code of where it was stored.

I pay $238 a year for full coverage on my polaris sp800 X2 DLX. This is for $11,000 replacement coverage through Progressive. That also includes the bf750 with $8500 replacement. However, I am 41 and I have no tickets or accidents which helps tremendously.
