Default What front sprocket and what cams for my Mojave?

I would like to get more top speed out of my Mojave and I was thinking of swtching the stock 12 tooth front sprocket to a 14 tooth. How much faster would this allow me to go? I was thinking around 5 or 10 mph as long as it has enough power to fight the wind and other types of drag to go faster. If it can't I was planning on buying cams anyway. I was thinking webcamshafts was the way to go as I just want a set of drop-in cams. I don't want to mess with the valve springs or cdi. What would be the best set of cams for trail and spirited play-riding? I don't want to sacrifice power at all really, I would just like more all over the rpm range and maybe a bit more in the low to mid rpms than high rpms. Thanks for your opinions and suggestions.

A 14 will give you a LOT more speed. You WILL notice a loss of power thru the gears. You're better off changing valve springs than you are changing the cam. With a cam you're talking carb and exhaust work to get the power out of the cam. Also, webcams you have to change rockers because the cams are hardwelded. Stiffer valve springs will get your valves closed faster and let you rev out more, even w/o a new cam.

Also, you're moving in opposite directions... A 14 gear with a high rpm cam doesn't make a lot of sense.

Those are my thoughts anyway....
