The NADA is $2700-3500.

When checking out a P650, look for possible problems following area:
> CVT
> Engine Top End
> 2/4WD engagement
> EBC
> Anything flashing on dash meter.

Does anyone else know of any common or not so common issue with this model? I got pics of it and the odometer shows 505 miles and it looks clean. Physically it dont look as big as my 05 Cat 650H1.. I am planning on going to look at it this weekend so I'd like to be at least a little bit educated. Thanks

If it has or ever had large mud tires, be sure to check for play in the front steering...sometimes the big mud tires will lead to worn out tie rod ends or wobbling out the holes in the bottom of the steering stem.

Also, check for leaks coming from the engine and front diff oil seals...this is common problem on the Prairies, but usually cheap to fix if you do it yourself.

505 miles is very low mileage for a 2003 Prairie...its probably in good shape as long as it wasn't used as a mud machine! I bought a 2002 P650 once for dirt cheap and it had very low miles...I later found out why it was so cheap...some parts (steering components) were worn out from the deep mudding using oversized mud tires.

Happy trails...
