Default Cant find any info on flashing oil light- help!

I've been on this site, google & other kawasaki forums for hours searching, Can someone please tell me how to get my flashing oil light to stop blinking- Is it a secrete?!? All I can find is info on a flashing belt light.
Oil was low, but now it's full! I can't start my atv!

He means that the oil light will flash when the key is on but the motor is not running. Once you get your starter problem solved then the oil light should go out when the engine is running! Check to see if the battery needs charged first.

I think the starter might be dead- I just tried juicing it directly and nothing- yay.
