i have a 96 warrior 350 just got it but the guy said it had a K&N mass flow on it and he didnt give me that with quad and said i had to adjust it so is this true and if it is how do i do that or should i go get my cash back

 

Since your 1996 Yamaha (not a Kawasaki) doesn't have an electronic fuel injection system that monitors mass air flow, I believe your seller was talking about a K&N air filter, which I presume is no longer on the bike.

No big loss (although why he would keep it is beyond me) because you can get a better air filter for about $20-30 bucks...I recommend a UNI brand filter.

I have to ask, are you new to ATV's and/or gasoline engine powered devices in general? Not being a smartass, just wondering what level of experience and knowledge you have.
