Default Prairie 400 No top end

Recently I had an issue with the bike not idling, ran perfect on choke just backfired alot.

I soaked and cleaned the carb, now it idles perfectly, just no top end, when I get about about 20mph and on the throttle it just spits and sputters. No more backfire.

Any suggestions? I know there are needle jets that I may have left at 50%, do they all need to be in tight?

Thanks for any help or suggestions!

All jets need to be tight. Main jet needs to be free of gunk. needle should be clean. any fuel line filters cleaned. Make sure the carb float and float valve operate freely. Make sure the vent hose on the tank cap is clear, or, does running without the cap make a diff.
