hello, i'm the one with the 87 kawasaki bayou 185, and i am experiencing a few problems and i was wondering if anyone knew what was wrong, first i mainly run around in third gear. so when i get going, the engine really bogs down, and i hafta hurry and shift down, or else it will die. i made the idle higher but still no luck, secondly, it is leaking oil from all over the place, i had three puddles underneath it, and there is oil all over the driveshaft. if anyone had any advice, it would sure help, thank you

 

I'm no mechanic for ATV's but it sound to me like you're lossing oil/engine compression through a broken seal/gasket... would I be correct in assuming this? Do you know where the oil is coming from?
