Does anyone know of an aftermarket clutch with engine braking that will fit a prairie 400 4x4?

No. The Prairie 650 has an electrically-operated drive-belt brake that slows down the quad when the throttle is closed, but--doubt that a retrofit to a Prairie 400 is possible.
