therep is movement in the rear axel so when the axel moves up it causes the brake rotor to rub on the brake calibur causing a loud squeaking noise and carving away the rotor it is not the brake pads as they are new not sure what the problem is can anybody help on why this is happening and what i can do to fix it? was supposed to go away this week with this quad and im not sure if i will be able to now please help

 

It sounds like your rear axle bearing is shot/worn out and there is some movement there. You need to check/replace the axle bearing.
