Default 03 Prairie 650 heating

I am new to the forum and want to say thank you in advance to any help I may get. 03 Prairie 650 overheats and sends half the coolant out the reservoir overflow. I had the heads rebuilt and installed new head gaskets as well as a dyna cdi. I removed all coolant lines and blew air through them to make sure there was no blockage in any line, flushed the system, cleaned radiator, tested the thermostat, and installed a fan switch. I went out last night in 30 degree weather to plow my driveway with fan on and within 20 minutes I had coolant pouring out the overflow and the light flashing hot. I am clueless at this point as to what this could be, any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
John
