Default 99 lakota help

can someone help me i gotta put sealent around the right crankcase half and i'm not sure exactly where to put it i know its goes on the outside edge but i dont think it goes on the outside edge the whole time so can someone draw me a diagram or something please and show me where it goes? thank you

Post some pics of the crankcase and point where you think the sealant should be applied.
Then maybe some of us can give our opinion.

Default snapping keyways

right when the quad wants to run the woodruff keys snap on the stator side what could be wrong (the quads turn over fine but right when it wants to catch) thats when they snap

Clean all the paths good and silicone all the path options,how can it hurt? Also those cavities will not fill up with dirt.
If the suface is smooth it has to mate to something. Even clogging up the screwdriver gap can,t hurt anything.

The object is to not let water into those gears, the more watertight battle lines you make the better.

ok but those holes need to be open so i can pop the cases apart with the screwdriver lol

Silicone alway stays soft so your screwdriver will get in that gap no matter what.
