Default Kawasaki bayou 300 low compression

1994 Kawasaki bayou 300 has low compression idk why valves are in spec and timing is correct idk what else to do I was just riding one day and it cut off and had low compression

Does the 94 have the compression release to make it easier to pull start? Might be something there to look at

Your engine probably seized then freed off, but the bore will be scored and/or rings trapped leading to low compression. We get lots of bikes in for a rebore that owners swear have not seized, but "just started burning oil" and find obvious seize marks on piston and bore when we strip them.

Yes it has the compsssion release but it is fine I think it’s the rings like you said because it has always smoke and burned oil and they may have just finally went
