Didn’t mean to post so many times. I thought there was an issue with posting until i realized post have to be approved first.
i did find out what the extra connections are for.
my model does not come with brake switches, harness, or dual filament brake lights.
ALSO... i’m having a fuel problem.
i replaced the carburetor before getting mine to run. Ran somewhat okay for a while.
today... the carb is dumping fuel! The valve is on the run/open position, fuel is pouring out of the carb and down the intake pipe and onto the filter. My filter is soaked with fuel and dripped into the intake box and out of the little dust hole in the bottom. It also start pissing out of one of the little drain tubes coming from the carb.
i turn the petcock off and the fuel stops running out. I’m thinking that the float may be stuck in the down position causing fuel to keep draining into the carb then overflowing?

That must be one of the best 220s out there. Floats don't stick as a rule, float needles do. With a newish carb it shouldn't be the little spring inside it, so most common problem is dirt from tank jammed between needle and seat. Turn tap off, run until out of fuel, turn tap on, resulting rush of fuel flushes the dirt off the needle and away you go. If that doesn't work, remove float bowl and clean the needle, checking the tiny plunger does spring up and down. If problem repeats, clean the tank out or fit an in line filter. You have another problem though, a tube should dangle downwards from the bottom of the float bowl, this lets fuel run away harmlessly if the needle sticks, yours is either blocked or routed upwards. If fuel has got into the oil, change it.
