Lakota start issue
#1
We have a 96 lakota that won't start with the ignition switch. It WILL start by the solenoid.
Replaced new:
Ignition switch
Neutral sensor
Starter Circuit relay
CDI box
Rectifier
Carburetor
Spark plug
Checked:
Neutral sensor pin/spring
gear shifter
Battery
Wires
Starter
Solenoid
Fuses
Has spark.
We are at wits end with this thing. Can anyone suggest a solution? We have tried every suggestion we could find.

Usual suspect is the start button, once you have checked the solenoid. Don't throw parts at a problem, test circuits. The starter circuit will have lock-outs, don't know the Lakota but KLF300 has an extra solenoid, you can hear it click in when you switch ignition on in neutral.
