I took my quad to the shop about 3 weeks ago to get it worked on because it kept sputtering out. And they said the coil was bad anyone know where it is located at on the Lakota so can check to make sure they put a new on on. Anyone else have a problem with the coil. What can make them go bad.

Follow the lead from your sparkplug back to the ignition coil,if they replaced a stator coil it will be behind your flywheel.Vibration, heat can cause coil failure.
