Buy the way, how did you manage to get water in the cover? How deep do you have to go? I haven't done that yet, but I am thinking of installing a radiator-type petcock on the bottom of the cover just in case..........

I was in up to the handle bars. Not on purpous, I was driving on a steep bank and started to slide down. I figured I could turn back up and risk rolling the thing on top of me, or turn down into the pond. I didn't have that much time to think so in the pond I went.

Yea, it should be covered under warranty. The problem has been taken care of so there shouldn't be any more problems with the switch being accidently tripped.
