Saw the new 360 Prairie
#33
I test rode a 360 last night and thought it was an well-engineered machine. In fact I preferred it to an AC375 (my fellow Cat riders are going to love that). The front locker was worked great, what a huge help and no electric gizmos. Simply pull on the lever and away I went. Without the locker the 4x4 system felt as good as my old Cat. Low range seemed to have more than enough grunt, and the tranny shifted smoothly. Right the little voice in my head is saying, "get one". Anybody in the market for a mid-size 4x4 should check it out.

Joekrz, I noticed on another forum (I believe it was you?) that you posted that you got the speedo and it will only do 45? Have you got any more speed out of it yet? Is it only going 45 or is it the speedo? In other words does your Rancher go a lot faster on top speed? And how does the 360 compare to the Rancher in acceleration? Thanks.

JoeKrz,
Great post on the Kawy 360. I have a couple of questions for you as I'am currently considering the a 650 or 360.
Is there much engine vibration on the 360?
Overall which quad. do you like better your Rancher or Prairie 360?
Is the 360 gas tank under right rear fender like 650?
After owning the 360 for awhile would you still buy it again or would you buy the 650?
Any additional information on this quad. since your first post?
Thanks
