OK, I see you are running 20-inch tires. From my experience (with 20 tires), only going to a 13F and staying with a 43R puts you right around stock (12F / 43R / 22 inch tires. Keep in mind you don't get something nothing. If you start adding to top end (by reducing the size of the rear sprocket) you will sacrifice bottom end. There is no formula to decide what the best gearing is; you will have to experiment for yourself depending on the terrain and type of riding you do. If you already have a 13F, then I would start by dropping 2 teeth on the rear, but plan on some low-end loss. If your engine is stock, then the effect will be more pronounced since you are loosing torque.
