if it is 13 to 41 may i ask why you are running the 43
and where can i get this size rear sprocket all i have ever seen is the stock 45

I dont want to be rude BUT.stock gearing is 12/43 not 45 and iam running 13/43 because i have 22' tires.run 13/41 if u have 20' tires

OK, I see you are running 20-inch tires. From my experience (with 20 tires), only going to a 13F and staying with a 43R puts you right around stock (12F / 43R / 22 inch tires. Keep in mind you don't get something nothing. If you start adding to top end (by reducing the size of the rear sprocket) you will sacrifice bottom end. There is no formula to decide what the best gearing is; you will have to experiment for yourself depending on the terrain and type of riding you do. If you already have a 13F, then I would start by dropping 2 teeth on the rear, but plan on some low-end loss. If your engine is stock, then the effect will be more pronounced since you are loosing torque.

Where did u get the idea that the stock gearingwas 45?just woundering?

Sprocket is right about the 13/43 gearing with 20 inch tires. Thats how mine is with my xcrs. It is almost a little lower than stock gearing actually. Mojavekid13, try some ridalin or something before you keel over and have a stroke!!

what if i want a lil faster than stock i want to hit 65 or a lil mor should i go to 13/41
