OK guyes, what is the simple version on how to re-shim the driven pully. Without buying Kaw. tools?

Please be as specific as possible.

We put a new belt on it before the 4th-0-July weekend, the new belt had too much deflection but we were afraid to mess with it untill the long weekend ride was over.

We have a selection of shims but aren't shure how you-guyes are getting the driven pully off and apart to replace or remove the factory shims?

All help will be appreciated!!!

Thanks...

See "nyroc's" 650 site. He has a spring compressor that can be built at home. The shimming process is also explained there. Good luck!
