floats hung up on lakota?

ok my lakota 97 model no mods on the quad out ridin yesterday the thing idled way high for about 15 mins ok today im ridin then cut it offfuel started pouring out the drain tube and black smoke came out alot yesterday i turned off gas and run the fuel bowl dry. then turned gas back on let the fuel bowl fill up and still gas pours out the tube what can i do to fix this spark plug is always black very sooty and today when idling it idles up and down like its loping can i look at the floats without taking the carb off the quad and unstick the floats if thats the prob

somebody has to be able to help me ive got the carb off the quad

the same thing happened to my lakota. you just have take the floatbowl off and spray the hinges of the floats with carb cleaner and that should fix it.

remove the float Blow and the float. spray carb cleaner in the fuel peck **** on the side of the carb. trach will come out.
