jefffoxer have you attained the new springs as of yet. I have installed a new set of springs along with the updated cable and have had no more troubles. The springs are from a Kawi bike KLR motocross bike which are longer, thicker should work for you. Let me now if you need the numbers still.

jefffoxsr Hey younge fellow here are the numbers although might be different that Nyroc's but these are from a KLR bike from Kawi what size of bike I'm not sure but work great. These springs you realize fit behind the rubber of the plunger so you have to pull the boot off the plunger to see the springs. These are longer and larger but work great.

spring, plunger
If you can get some amsoil lube for the tube you wont get any hang up as the weather changes and will work down the minus temperatures. Have fun :}

well here is a update on choke spring as i promised. Ended up looking for a new source and found Dynaline part # 24562 This spring is a 1/4" x 1" x .035 compression spring .This spring takes twice as much force to compress then the kawi spring. ( available from most hardware stores, bought mine @ackland granger in canada , granger in US ) 4 to a pk. aproxx $ 4.00 cdn .take the time to check out cable to make sure it will slide freely, should lube and adjust when you get in there.
