Hey all. Me and some friends are going up to Big Bay Michigan again this week to some riding. We are going to be there tuesday through sunday the 30th thru the 4th. The hotel we are staying at (Big Bay Motel) is booked, but I think there is another motel down the street and there is a campground across the street too. Anyway I'm leaving tuesday (tommarow) at about 2pm and will get there about 10pm. If you want to see if rooms are available at the Big Bay Motel go to my site and click the big bay link

i have been looking around your sight for about a month now, and you have me drooling with this big bay place, lol. i am going to call tomarrow for reservations for september and get up there to check it all out!!! i will also be taking the tour the first day, and mapping it with my gps system. i do have a few questions though.
1.) how far of a ride is it from the detroit area?
2.) if i haul up all my food, is there a place to keep it, like a fridge in the room?
3.) how long is the tour for, 4 hours, 6 hours, 10 hours?
4.) can i get 3 adults in 1 room?

how far from detroit.??? I dunno. go to yahoo maps and to the driving directions to see how far and how long, im guessing 6 hours maybe???? thats just a guess though.
no fridges (although the owner is getting some soon.) we just bring coolers and there is a gas station with ice right next to the motel. it works.
the tours are long. pretty much all day.
yes 3 adults will work. each room has 2 beds so 2 in each bed will work. or 1 per bed and 1 on the floor like i did last week. boo...!!!

better ask the owner about the GPS deal. Alot of riding goes through their friends property and i wouldn't want to see anyone shot if you decide to go out on your own later.
