Id like to see some pics of some stock, preferably modded lakotas.I happen to own a 2002 Kawasaki Lakota Sport 300.So far ive intalled SuperTrapp I.D.S2 exhaust with header pipe,K&N air filter/jet kit,13T sprocket,DuraBlue Eliminator 2+2 axle,Xenon blue headlamp, fliped front wheels, and nothing but Castrol 10-40 synthetic engine oil/Supreme unleaded gas runs on this baby.Id like to see a Lakota with some diff tire sizes front/rear as well as diff wheels(aluminum)to get an idea for future mods on mine. Thanks for your time quad pals.

the thing that you should do to your quad is buy an aftermarket swingarm skid. if you ride trails or any rocky areas, you will bend up the stock one bad. trust me. i had mine broken at the mounts and bent it up to my disc and sproket. other than that it has been pretty good to me.

What about breaking it in??

the full skid plate means just under the chassis. not including the swingarm and a-arms. if you get them out of www.rockymountainatv.com then you will get a stronger aluminum one. it is liughter and better than stock.but then, anything is better than stock.

when breaking it in, dont go past 1/2 throttle. remember to shift threw all 5 gears. after the break in period(10 hours) get your oil and oil filter changed.
