i was thinkin about using a galvinized bucket. just cut some eye holes in it
and let er eat!!!LOL

 

Just like clothing, sizes vary between manufacturers. A large headed friend of mine went through three XXL Helmets before finding one that fit.
It's an O'Neil, and was definetly larger than the HJC or Bell. The main difference was the fit from front to back, the other helmets would pinch his forehead just above his eyebrows.
