<< 47hp is what a Scrambler 400 2x4 with a pipe and air box mod puts out, and the weight between the two should be pretty close. And I know that the Scrambler with the above mods is still much slower than a Quadzilla. Will the extra torque from the 700 make it faster than a Quadzilla, I am beginning to think not. >>
47 HP!! Wow that thing must rip, if that is true anyway, a stock Suzuki 400 only puts out abut 32 hp, and a built Yoshiruma 450 and a Ti pipe puts out 46 hp. I dont think that the C-dales hit those marks either.

I am die-hard fan of the Zilla. I own one, and am currently working on a second, but if this machine can keep up I will have to consider changing my mind. I personally don't like the look, but 700 V-twin sounds good. NO ONE has been able to make a bike that could really come close to the Zilla, but I kinda hope this is a first. The price is good, and hey, its a 4-stroke. That takes the work out of things. Lets all hope that it handles great and there will be enough mods to make it an icon. BTW, the 700 is suppose to weigh more than the Zilla by like 100lbs, and has less horses. DANG IT, I REALLY WANT TO BUY A BRAND NEW QUAD!!!! I am getting a little bit tired of working on all the old ones!

daimon1054I haven't had my zilla over a couple years, sorry if it sounded that way. I have fixed most of the flaws, and I am looking for a basketcase Zilla to cherry out. Don't get me wrong, it would take a lot to get my Zilla from me, but I am kinda like Red Rooster. I want another toy so my female friends can come play with me in the sand. I want something that I won't have to work on just to fix what someone else has messed up. You know how some of those people are that think they are mechanics, they have the Taiwan made 20 piece tool set that they bought at the dollar store, so that makes them pros. Yeah I have found some nice bikes out there, but they are high dollar machines, and I would rather have an electric start, no mixed gas, all the plush items, new machine for my female friends. Most of them haven't ridden all that long, but they like the big boy toys. Oh, and all they do is laugh at people on the 400's as they pass by them. I couldn't talk any of them into getting on a smaller bike, and I need a Zilla just to get my butt moving in the sand.
