for any of you interested in motor work heres my e mail address.B and B Racing. as of right now i'm not ready to give away any info on the priaries yet or do any work on them. i'm still doing alot of R&D on the priaries.but if you have any other 2 stroke stuff you want done like big bore kits,stroking,porting,ceramic coatings,teflon coatings,replating of cylinders and so fourth i can help you there.
and those of you that have a damaged cylinder that is plated ,don't get it sleeved .always have it replated .it's cheaper then sleeving and it will make more power,run cooler,and stay more consistent with compression.
the reason plating makes more power is becuase it has less friction then iron bores,less friction = more power.

I am roughly 57hp to the ground at 2200 ft on my shop built dyno with premium gas this is with stock tires, larger tires decrease horse power somewhat. I have done everything I can to the muffler, jets, dial a jets, tweaked the clutch as advised by Shotgun and Oshawa. I have recently, this last week bored out the carbs, drilled the the jets larger with changed included angle to the jet needles. Polished and ported the carbs myself that was not fun. I am going to build a side delivery intake for " A " carburetor that's right just one carb as opposed to two carbs. With one carb I can attache a turbo or different size carbs much easier not to mention there are a lot more side draft carbs than down draft. One carb one choke " YES ". I have contemplated 2 side draft carbs this way I can go as high as a 80mm carb on each cylinder if the need arises.

As you have said about your bike I too have not touched the motor I will leave that to more experience people like yourself. All I intend to do there is change the cams and with electrical change out that @$&% CDI. While I have the heads off I might attempt to polish and port the heads the rest of the motor can waight till next year. Diamond G is comming out with a 750 cylinder swap sometime this year coated with a wizy substance like you describe. Diamond G is what I would call a Master or Guru when it comes to the Kawi because he has done more to this machine than anyone. What we are attempting he has done already and more. I would give what is left of my teeth to find out how he mapped the CDI and do it to my machine and yours of course LOL. Keep in touch there is more fun to follow???

If you were closer I would like to let you have a rip on the quad take it for the day. Actually there is a sand dune area around here where those 2 wheel drive hotrod quads reside I think you would have a blast roosting those guys maybe barry one or two. Its rather fun to go half way up the sand hill start to dig in hit the nos, feel the bike rise out of the sand and shoot to the top of the hill. Its also fun to watch the race quad guys shake their heads in disbeleif.
