Maybe they have the belt way too loose, but I've never seen a belt so loose that you would have to get towed. Did it work okay when you first got it back? You didn't sink it in water since you got it back, did you? What are your exact symptoms, and is the engine running okay? Just curious - what happened to the first clutch and belt, and did they replace it under warranty? (Sorry for all the questions, just trying to get to the bottom of the problem).

Destand33, since you are from Newbrunswick I would suggest you take it to Duguays sales and service in Amhearst to get it fixed right.
If I need any service done that I cant handle myself I travel the extra 200 kms to get my toy to these guys because they really know their stuff.

Find a dealer that KNOWS how to set up a belt. A lot of these clowns in my area DO NOT know how to service a drive belt! The 3 dealers that I checked with didn't even STOCK shims for belt adjustment! When I asked one of them "How do you service your new units that are under warranty?". I was told: "Oh, we've never had to adjust a belt". I am thinking, YEAH,RIGHT. Get another dealer to fix it.
