Guys,

I am real close to perfecting my own frequency modulator for the prairie and it would cost less than $100 US. I just need to perfect what frequency to send to the CDI. I know the HZ range but I need some more testing to see what is optimal. I should have a whole bunch more data after this weekend.

As Nova has said the modulator works very well on the bottom end but you will loose on the top end. I lost about 5km/h on the top end from 112km/h to 109km/h. You can give it all or rock crawl if you wish it also helps on start up with extra timeing advance. You fellows will like it although the new cdi should be out in 2 weeks if all reports are true.

 

red650 let me know if you have something ready? Freedom is moving lots and I'm still waiting for CDI.... quick question that size fuse is on the accel modular? alltoys you shouldn't loose any top end ... atleast red didn't...
